It’s time to start thinking about potty training. I know, I know. How? Didn’t I just have our Little One? In my mind, yes. We were just rushing to the hospital, almost having her in the parking lot, when we barely made it into the triage doors before she stormed in the world. Then, I blinked and she turned one. I feel like I’ve barely done another half a blink and she’s pushing 15 months. Skibbles, our toddler, started potty learning around 16 months, so we are just right on schedule. Little One has been watching her big sister for months now, and has recently started crawling up on the big potty. I knew when she did that it was time to pull out the little potty. Now, she sits on it almost every time that her sister goes. She laughs, she giggles, she’s happy, but most importantly, she’s so proud of herself. I adore it. Luckily for us, Pampers just released Brand NEW Pampers Easy Ups.
Watch Little One get super excited about Potty Learning when she gets her package!
Our 3 Tips for Beginning Potty Learning –
- Let your child explore at their own pace. Especially in the early months, don’t push or rush them.
- Wear dresses in warm weather or tops with baby legs in the cooler months paired with New Pampers Easy Ups for easy trips to the potty.
- Praise, Praise, Praise. When they do go – clap, jump for joy, do a little dance. Get them so excited about going!
Pampers Easy Ups fit, look, and feel like kids are wearing real underwear, but you get the outstanding leak protection you expect with Pampers. With these even you can be excited about underwear training.
