This Spicy Garlic Grilled Corn on the Cob is the perfect vegetable side dish for your next get together. Cooking corn in the husk on the grill will be your new favorite thing!
Soak corn in husk for 30-60 minutes.
Heat grill to 400 degrees.
Peal back the corn husks without removing them and then remove all the corn silk.
Liberally rub 1 tbsp of butter over each ear of corn.
Then sprinkle 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp garlic powder over each ear.
Pull husks back up and over the ear of corn.
Place on grill and cook for 20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes. Corn should be tender when pierced with a fork.
