  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a sauce pan, over medium heat, melt butter.

  2. Add in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream.

  3. Stir until well combined. 

  4. Let heat until it starts to thicken, stirring often. 

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

  6. Remove from heat and pour over pasta or use as dipping sauce for bread.
