Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and powder, and salt.

Whisk together and set aside.

In a large bowl, zest the orange into the bowl.

Then, in the same bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, orange juice, egg, coconut oil, both sugars, and vanilla extract.

Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture until just combined. Don't over mix.

Fold in fresh cranberries and walnuts.

Put batter into prepared pan.

Bake for about 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and top with dried cranberries.

Allow bread to cool in pan before removing.
