Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

Scoop out ice cream into 3 inch balls.

Place in freezer for two hours.

In a shallow dish, combine crushed corn flakes, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Place back on wax lined sheet and place back in the freezer overnight.

*Optional: If not frying right away, place in a sealed bag until ready (up to 3 months).

Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees.

Once temperature is reached, drop balls, one at a time, into the oil for 15 seconds.

Serve immediately in a Keebler waffle bowl or regular bowl.

Top with Smucker's toppings or homemade whipped topping if desired.
