I recently had the chance to attend Blogger Bash, a blogging conference, with multiple events going on simultaneously. It was an amazing experience for me and one of my favorite parts was the Baby Palooza event. It was there that I was introduced to some of the newest JJ Cole products. I knew about JJ Cole before this event, but not very well, and primarily only knew about their accessories. I was blown away by the backpack diaper bag (I geeked over it a bit), the Agility baby carrier, and the Broadway stroller.
During this part of the Blogger Bash event, we were supposed to tweet out of favorite item at each vendor for a chance to win. I must have geeked out about the JJ Cole diaper bag a little much, because the rep gave me the diaper bag to take home before they even started giving out prizes. Then, crazy enough, I actually ended up winning the entire JJ Cole collection. My friends and I were a bit nervous about getting everything back in the Kia Soul we were driving, but it amazingly fit right into the back of this small trunk. I was amazed at the ability to shrink down.
It was late when I got home, so the next morning I had taken it out and before I could even try to figure it out Skibbles jumped right inside. It was so funny and Andrew spent the next 20 minutes spinning her around in a circle. She was in love with it!
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been able to get out and about with our new JJ Cole products and had an absolutely amazing time with learning everything about them. We have headed out to multiple places with the JJ Cole backpack diaper bag and time after time I’m shocked at how much I can fit inside this bag. There are over 10 pockets for ultimate organization, including zippered pouches. The design shown here is the gray floret and it comes in 3 additional colors for just $79.95. This is less than 1/2 the price than other brand named backpack diaper bags I’ve looked at and the quality is incredible. Skibbles has even dabbled at hiding stuff inside of it for me to find later! 🙂
Part of the collection we received included the JJ Cole Outdoor Blanket in gray/red. The price point starts at $34.95 for 5×5, and there is also a 5×7 option as well. When we recently made plans to head down to the shore (aka the beach), we knew the blanket had to go with us. It was one of the best things we have ever had there. It’s water-resistant and super easy to wipe down and get all the sand off. It even folds back up in itself with a detachable strap that allows for easy carrying.
The JJ Cole Broadway Stroller. For me, this is one of the best strollers, I’ve gotten my hands on so far. It retails for $450, but it’s, in my opinion, a game changer. It easily converts from a bassinet to a toddler with WITHOUT any switching seats. It’s an all in one system with adjustable handle height, multiple positions, great maneuverability, and great folding size. It also has six other color canopies available (sold separately!). Here’s some more features:
• easily converts from bassinet mode to a toddler seat
• converts from forward to parent facing with one quick spin
• large lower storage basket
• easy, one-hand fold
• removable bumper bar
• infant car seat adapter also included
• for use from birth to 50 lbs
• one year limited warranty
We took the Broadway to the beach, the zoo, and many other places this summer and it’s been with us trekking through every step. It did great moving across the sand, through dirt, gravel, and road. There wasn’t a moment that we had an issue with it. We also loved that the backpack diaper bag came with that attach it right to the stroller handle, freeing up even more space in the basket below. Skibbles seemed so comfortable inside and even fell asleep on occasion!
We also got some time in with the JJ Cole Agility Baby Carrier. It’s cotton material is extremely comfortable and provides great back support with a full back panel. It’s extremely easy to use. It retails for just $39.95, comes in black or gray, and is designed to hold babies from 8-35lbs. Skibbles is just around 25lbs and I wouldn’t leave her in here very long, but it’s definitely great for quick trips and on the go. We also were able to test out the JJ Cole Diaper Changing Clutch and theBottle Cooler, both of which are great. Skibbles doesn’t take bottles, but it easily kept her sippy cup and refrigerated snacks cold for hours more than they would have been otherwise.
We’ve had an absolutely amazing few weeks with all of our JJ Cole products and we can’t wait to continue to go out and about and see what adventures we take next .
