We received the Yale Keyless Touch Screen Deadbolt lock for review. We had looked at a few difference touchscreen locks before moving into our house, but had just decided to go with something else. After receiving and installing this lock, I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. This is one of the best things we have ever reviewed. In just a week since installing, it has been a game changer for us already.
One of the best things is that you can set up multiple codes. This is great for back to school because your child(ren) are bound to loose a key here or there. This way they have a code and can get into the house without you having to rush home or leave work. Not only that, but you can set up temporary access codes and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed which is great for grandparents or a trusted neighbor. No longer do you have to worry about leaving keys under the mat! There’s also an audit trail system that allows to to check what time a specific code was used (hello, no more lying about curfew) and the ability to lock or unlock from a smartphone.
We are blown away by the awesomeness of this lock and encourage you to look into it for your home. Check out our video below of the Yale Keyless Touch Screen Deadbolt for our thoughts.
